HOW ARE YOU GOING TO PAY?

Prepaid rates (request to be at least 2 working days before check-in date) are inclusive of service and taxes. Rates are subject to change or may vary based on availability. Payment is required at time of booking by Visa, Mastercard or AMEX. Guests must check-in with their passport, as these rates do not apply to local residents. Cancellation after booking confirmation will incur a charge of 4% of total order value. If cancellation or amendment is received less than 72 hours (or as indicated) prior to check-in, an additional charge of at least one-room night per room booked, up to the full amount of the order may be imposed.


First of all we should clarify that any of our reservation form is just a prebooking request of you. Even you submit the form and send us your request, still you don't have to make any payment. After your submition, we'll contact you shortly to give you a confirmation number. To secure your reservation we'll need your credit card order: you can sign up online, using our 128-bit layered credit card encoding system by tracking the link that we'll send you in our reply or you can print out the form and send us by fax upon your request.

 
  CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellation can be done 72 hours before arrival in the hotel without any fee. You will be charged for one night if you did not cancel 72 hours before your arrival and if you do not turn up. Package Tours, cruise and Blue Voyage reservations can be canceled until two weeks before your arrival without any fee. For a cancellation within last two weeks, we have to charge fifty percent of the total charge as a penalty.
 
OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
Senkron Travel accepts to provide completely all the services as promised. If some part of the service could not be provided against the agreement, Senkron Travel accepts to pay only for the part which is not complete.
RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
All tours are organized by SENKRON TRAVEL The Tour Operator and / or its Agents act only as agent for the passenger in regard to travel whether to travel by coach, minibus, van, car, boat or airplane and therefore accept no responsibility in whole or in part for any delays, delayed arrival and departures, missed connections, loss, damage or injury to person or property, or mechanical defect or failure of any nature, however caused for any hotel substitution with or without notice, for any act or omission whatsoever by any carrier, hotelier or restaurants, their agents, servants and employees. SENKRON TRAVEL can not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, strike, war, quarantine, or other causes. All such losses or expenses shall be borne by passenger as our rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. No revision of the printed itineraries are anticipated, however SENKRON TRAVEL reserves the right to substitute hotels with best available alternatives for those indicated, to alter itineraries, or change the order and days of places to be visited, condense tours with or without notice where deemed necessary or caused by airline schedules or other reasons SENKRON TRAVEL reserves the right to decline, to accept or to retain any person as a tour passenger should such a person's health or mental condition or physical infirmity impede the operation of the tour, of the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other tour members, and a refund of unused land services is the limit of SENKRON TRAVEL 's liability. Joining any of our packages constitutes consent to all provisions of conditions contained in this brochure and tour participants relinquish any and all rights whatsoever to make any claims for any damages, losses and injuries that may be sustained while engaging in these activities.
